Terms of Service

Effective 14 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sage Project Management(the “Service”), operated by HDPulseAI. By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sage Project Managementis a multi-tenant, AI-assisted work-management platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your organization’s internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind the organization you register. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no attempts to breach security or tenancy isolation; no reverse engineering except as permitted by law; and no use that interferes with other customers. AI features assist your work — you are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or acting on it.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to the content your organization submits (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and secure the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Third parties that process data on our behalf are listed in our Subprocessors page.

5. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a per-seat basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage seats, payment method, and cancellation from the billing portal; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and our operational targets are described in our operations documentation. Support is provided per your plan.

7. Confidentiality & security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, tenant isolation, and audited access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and AI features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. On termination you may export your Customer Data for a limited period, after which it is deleted per our retention policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
